1. About These Terms
goodshell.in is operated by GOOD SHELL LLP. By browsing this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. Orders and Acceptance
An order placed on this site is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is unavailable, where pricing or product information is incorrect, or where we suspect fraud or misuse. Any amount already paid for a cancelled order is refunded in full.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. All orders are prepaid; we do not offer Cash on Delivery. Payments are processed by our payment partner, and we do not store your payment credentials. Prices and offers may change at any time before an order is placed.
4. Delivery
We ship across India. Delivery timelines and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Timelines are estimates provided by our courier partner and are not guaranteed.
5. Returns and Refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Product Information and Use
Our products are cosmetic formulations intended to improve the appearance of uneven tone and pigmentation. Individual responses vary. Please read the label and use the product as directed. The serum contains retinol and is not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Product images are indicative; packaging may vary between batches.
7. Accounts and Acceptable Use
You agree to provide accurate details, to keep any account credentials secure, and not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, access it by automated means, or resell our products without our written consent.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the GOOD SHELL name and marks, text, photography, layout and formulation copy — belongs to GOOD SHELL LLP and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including rights available to you as a consumer.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chirala, Andhra Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
