Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship

We ship across India. We do not currently ship internationally.

2. Shipping Charges

• Free standard shipping on all orders
• All orders are prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are usually dispatched the same or next business day. Orders placed after that, or on Sundays and holidays, are dispatched on the next business day.

4. Delivery Timelines

These are estimates provided by our courier partner and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed by weather, strikes, regional restrictions or festive-season volume.

5. Tracking

A tracking link is sent by email and SMS once your order is dispatched. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.

6. Delivery Attempts and Undelivered Orders

Our courier partner attempts delivery up to three times. If all attempts fail, or if the address is incorrect or incomplete, the shipment is returned to us. For prepaid orders we refund the order value after deducting actual shipping charges incurred.

7. Damaged or Missing Shipments

Please record an unboxing video when your parcel arrives. Film the sealed parcel being opened, from the first cut to the product in hand, in a single unedited take. This video is required for any damage, wrong-item or missing-item claim.

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, opened or tampered with, do not accept it. If you have already accepted it, photograph the outer packaging before opening and contact us first.
